2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We use Razorpay to process payments securely. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials on our servers.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the shipping partner and your location. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to our return eligibility criteria. Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Please see our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns pages for complete information.

7. Product descriptions

We make every effort to display products and describe them accurately. However, colours and textures may appear differently on different screens. Crystals and natural items vary in shape, size, and colour, and each piece is unique. Products are for personal, spiritual, and decorative use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Keyan Studio and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
